Our mission is to serve the community by providing families the energy efficient and high-quality home of their dreams. We offer services from design phase, throughout the entire construction process, to move-in day...turnkey!! We design and build custom homes, model homes, and even some commercial projects.
Meet the Developers
Nate Stahl, Mindy Stahl and Bart Arnett have over 50 years combined experience in the construction industry. After earning degrees at Pittsburg State University, Nate and Bart went on to work together for 20 years at Crossland Construction. Mindy later joined them and gained 10 years experience as a project manager. After building many projects, in several different roles, the team decided to take that experience and focus it back on serving their hometown communities. Noting the need for home-building services, Arnett Glass, Structural Panel Innovations and Turnkey were established in 2017-2018.
