We offer services from design phase, throughout the entire construction process, to move-in day...turnkey!! We design and build custom homes, model homes, and even some commercial projects.
Meet the Developers
Nate and Mindy Stahl have spent their entire lives in the Pittsburg/Arma Kansas area. Together they have over 40 years combined experience in the construction industry. After earning a construction management degree from Pittsburg State University, Nate went to work for Crossland Construction. During his 20 years with the company, Nate gained critical construction experience as an equipment operator, field engineer, project superintendent, project manager, and even as a division manager. Also a PSU grad, Mindy later joined Crossland and gained 10 years experience as a project manager. After building many projects, in several different roles, the team decided to take that experience and focus it back on serving their hometown communities. Noting the need for quality home-building services, Turnkey Design-Build and Structural Panel Innovations were established in 2017.
